Privacy and Respondent Rights

Here is how we use your personal information:

We don’t.

If You Received A Call

Most of our research is random. Your chances of being contacted again are very low. Like winning the lottery low. But, please feel free to block our number or contact us and we will put you on our own do not contact list… and you won’t receive any more calls.

if you participated in a survey

We believe in respondent rights. The first rule is keeping you from being personally identified with anything you tell us as part of our research. All our profiling is done to combine your opinions with others like you. That’s it. You will never be sold anything by participating, nor will you be re-contacted unless you provide us consent to do so (for example, to receive an incentive for your participation, or to ask you to join an omnigroups focus group session). With these two exceptions, your personal information goes exactly nowhere.

If you participated in an omnigroups session

With omnigroups conversational research, nobody is watching. We work hard to keep you as anonymous as possible in how you talk about what’s important to you. To participate, you provide consent to use the videos and recordings of the sessions, but only to share with that one client who is interested in what you have to say about what they offer. This isn’t TV where you see “not actors”. This is for the private use of our clients to improve their business, communications, promotions, advertising, and ideas - all designed for people just like you.
